innerline sells digital bookings only. Nothing is shipped.

How you get your booking

• Your booking pass (ILT) appears in the app and on the website under ILTs as soon as payment succeeds, normally within a few seconds.
• A confirmation email with the pass as a PDF is sent to the email address on your account, if you have one.
• You can download the PDF from the pass screen at any time.

If it does not arrive

Wait a minute and refresh ILTs. If you paid and there is still no pass, message us from Help & contact with the payment reference from your bank or UPI app. If the booking could not be completed, the payment is refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Charges

There is no delivery charge. Any convenience fee is shown before you pay.
